As a successful Assistant Branch Manager you will:

  • Build trusting relationships with our member
  • Assists and educates members on the use of all electronic service delivery channels offered both in the branch and through their personal devices.
  • Serves on a small team in an electronically advanced branch.
  • Fulfills multiple roles requiring multiple skill sets and broad knowledge base to ensure members are served.
  • Uncover member needs and match the right product
  • Create a positive experience with every member contact
  • Share expert product knowledge and educate customers on use
  • Investigate sales opportunities in person and by phone
  • Provide direction, training and supervision to the Member Service and Teller Department
  • Assists with all daily operations of the branch including opening, closing, balance or maintenance of ITM/ATM machines, and all other branch operations
  • Develop employees through training and coaching while providing direction and supervision to all branch staff
  • Serve as a role model for your associates
  • Work with the branch manager to improve our business
  • Be recognized for your “extra mile” efforts


  • Previous experience in management or as an assistant or branch manager is preferred.
  • Comfortable with technology. Regularly uses online banking for personal banking. Possesses advanced skills in the usage of mobile and tablet/iPad devices.
  • Total compensation includes competitive base pay, monthly incentives, medical, dental, 401(k) with matching contributions, vacation time, sick time and personal time, paid holidays and life insurance.
