    As the Help Desk professional, you will provide high level customer service to internal members for various IT solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintains confidentiality of all member and credit union business
    • Exhibits a positive, cooperative, and professional attitude
    • Receive requests for support via phone, email, and web, use remote assistance to assist IT end users.
    • Document all problems and resolutions in the help desk software
    • Flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the credit union
    • Ability to work independently with frequent interruptions
    • Ability to think creatively, juggle multiple priorities, adjust to changing circumstances, organize time efficiently, remain attentive to details and identify resources for tasks
    • Research questions using available information resources.

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or 1 year applicable experience.
    • ITIL Foundation V3 preferred.
    • Microsoft Office Specialist Certification preferred.
    • Preferred 6+ months working experience in Help Desk environment supporting end users.
    • Technically proficient and experienced in providing IT support.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills. 
    • Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner to non-technical staff members
    • Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude.
    • Must be customer focused and service oriented.
    • Flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the credit union.

    The salary range for this position is $11.50 - $12.00  per hour.

     

    Total compensation includes competitive base pay, medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k) with matching contributions, paid vacation time, paid sick time, paid personal time and paid holidays.
