Neighbors Credit Union’s mortgage department completes the entire mortgage process in house ensuring a fast and quality closing. As the Mortgage Sales Manager, you will help develop the St. Louis market for Neighbors Credit Union while assisting with developing new mortgage loan officers and generating strategies to increase mortgage loan volume.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage mortgage loan volume goals and pipeline reports
  • Assisting in the hiring, coaching, and development of future mortgage loan officers
  • Establish and maintain member referral relationships with realtors, builders, developers, and others
  • Able to develop new business without supervision
  • Maintain current knowledge on mortgage products, underwriting guidelines and industry regulations

Qualifications

  • Must have a proven track record of growing mortgage volume
  • Five years prior mortgage experience
  • Experience with secondary market originating and underwriting guidelines
  • Knowledge of required compliance regulations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Encompass software experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills relevant to Microsoft Office Suites
