Experienced in customer service and sales, you are seeking an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge and experience in products, service delivery, operations and supervisory skills. As a Regional Supervisor, you will take part in a development program designed to prepare you for a leadership role at credit union.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the retail sales and service team where/when it is needed. Every day could be a different day in the departments you will be helping, the members you will be seeing and talking to, and the great impact you will have on the credit union.
  • You will work with various departments including staff from the teller line, the member service area, our contact center and much more. Don’t have experience in all of them? Don’t worry, you’ll get product training, service training and experience you need to be effective!
  • Daily duties may include coaching staff on service and sales, auditing loans and signature cards, auditing daily reports and assisting with branch audits, balancing the ATM and night drop, and assisting the branches in meeting branch goals through sales, sales and referral tracking, reviewing monthly incentive reports, and training and coaching other branch staff.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in member service or lending area of a credit union or other financial institution preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the St. Louis metro area to multiple branches.
  • Effective at multi-tasking and making decisions.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of standard software programs.
  • Ability to communicate well with subordinates, associates and members.
  • Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. This work involves personal contact with others inside and outside the organization.
